Gallagher Farms beef is the same beef we feed to our family, raised right here on our farm. Our meat is processed locally and brought back to our farm for sale. We offer bulk sales by the quarter and individual cuts. Gallagher Farms has a cow/calf and feeder operation so we can control every aspect of quality. We even grow the grain and hay our cattle eat! We’re proud to be your local source for homegrown, corn-fed, dry-aged beef in central Illinois.

Currently we’re offering scheduled on-farm pick-ups, Tuesday evening “Meat-Ups” in Monticello, Illinois, and Wednesday evening “Meat-Ups” in Mansfield, Illinois. We’ll reach out via email to schedule your pickup after you place your order. We are ready to start shipping domestically, following USDA guidelines, but shipping costs are high due to high summer temps!
