Shirer Meats LLC is a locally owned and operated custom butcher and wholesale plant. We process beef, pork, lamb, goat and venison. We take pride in producing quality cuts of meat for our customers. All smoked meat is done in house. Our retail facility has a wide range of products to choose from.
