We are a producer of pasture raised, grass fed and grass finished Highland Cattle. Our beef is all USDA processed, dry aged and vacuum packaged. We market our beef directly to individual and commercial customers, primarily in southern Michigan. Visit us at the Meridian Township Farmers' Market in Okemos (the first Saturday of May thru the last Saturday of October). We deliver orders to Ann Arbor, and beef can be picked up at the farm.
