Organic Pastures

500 acres of USDA-certified organic pastureland and cropland. USDA-certified organic meats, including chicken, turkey, beef, pork, and sometimes lamb. Beef and pork are available in bulk (wholes, halves, quarters) or by the package. All animals are raised on pastures free of synthetic chemicals and fed supplemental non-GMO USDA-certified organicl grains raised on the farm. Farm pick-up with arrangement. Also delivery to pick-up points in Bloomington and Chicago. Meat CSA subscription provides an assortment of beef cuts every month. CSA members also have access to USDA-certified organic pork, chicken and turkey and can special order any quantity of extra meat to be delivered at the same time as the CSA. The CSA is available in Bloomington and Oak Park, and we will establish a CSA in any community with a minimum of 25 subscribers. We also sell meats at the Farmers Markets in Evanston, Bloomington, and Peoria.
