Macungie Mountain Farm is both a 5-acre farm at the top of Macungie Mountain and a mobile restaurant that brings authentic, fresh, locally made beverages and food to a farmers market or event near you. Macungie Mountain Herb Farm is a mobile beverage business, state inspected and insured as a mobile restaurant. We have had a stand at the Emmaus Farmers Market and are available to cater local artisan teas and fresh squeezed lemonade at your next party or event. We grow a lot of herbs at the farm, so our Spiced Chai is seasoned with the pungent and healing aroma of fennel seeds we grow ourselves. The Lavender Lemonade is made with lavender from the farm
