About Us
Baldwin Hill Farms is the home of the "Maple Lady". We produce maple products including syrup, sugar, cream, candy and vinegar from our own sugar bush. We also produce barbeque sauce, salad dressings, dips, rubs, meat seasonings, cotton candy, a variety of glazed nuts , maple pies and ice tea (in season) , all containing maple syrup. All production is done in our New York State approved facility adhering to our strict standards to bring quality products to your families table.
